Here’s a list of some of the most common symptoms. Read the list below and tick any that you have been experiencing for most of the past two weeks


Your thinking:
‘I’m useless’, ‘Nothing every goes right’
‘Life isn’t worth living’ (suicidal thoughts)
Your feelings:
Crying or feeling like crying/sad a lot
Tired or no energy
Worried a lot
Feeling guilty or worthless
Angry or irritable
