Slieve Donard Trek 2017
Join AWARE and help us mark World Mental Health Day by taking part in the annual AWARE Slieve Donard Trek on Saturday 7 October 2017. The World Health Organisation state that depression is the leading cause of disability in the world with the number of people suffering from the illness increasing. Depression is an illness that if left untreated and undiagnosed, could lead to suicide. AWARE aim to reduce the number of people with depression through their education and wellbeing programmes and support services. But in order to continue these life-saving services, we need your help and support.
