We have a suite of 'Mood Matters' programmes which are aimed at supporting the adult and youth population, parents with new babies and older people. We also offer 'Living Life to The Full', a six-week programme based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
We have a range of Mindfulness programmes including our 'Paws b' Mindfulness course for primary school children and Mindfulness for teachers.
