If you are a member of a club choose AWARE as your club charity and we can work with you in developing and supporting your fundraising event or events throughout the year.
Fundraise for AWARE in your club by taking on one of the following challenges:
- Arrange your own sponsored walk on Blue Monday, Halloween, Easter or Christmas.
- On World Mental Health Day, (10 October) have your own Mask Wearing Day to support those living with Depression– and together as a school ‘Lift the Mask on Depression!’ This can also be used as a great tool to discuss how pupils felt throughout the day wearing the mask and how it felt taking it off again.
- Take part in our Mood Matters for young people. This is an award winning programme and an excellent way to better educate young people to the signs and symptoms of depression and what to do if you recognise these in yourself or someone you know.
- Take on a challenge – run, walk, jog or swim. Or for those creative artists out there, get painting or drawing in support of AWARE!
