The best way to raise money for AWARE is to take part in one of our exciting events or our Mood Walks, but there are also many other fun and exciting ways to help fund the work of AWARE. You can support us by organising your own activity or get together with friends like a coffee morning, a bake sale, a disco or your own run or walk. Are you interested in setting up an AWARE Fundraising Group in your area? If so, we would love to hear from you. Fundraising is vitally important in AWARE - by helping us to raise money you would be making a big difference in helping to support and educate people on the illness of depression.There are many benefits to being part of an AWARE Fundraising Group. You’ll make some new friends, perhaps pick up some new skills and have some fun knowing that you’ll be making a massive difference to AWARE and, ultimately, to the lives of people in Northern Ireland affected by depression.
You will be involved in lots of exciting activities as well as organising your own events in your local area. We encourage fundraising group members to help out at local AWARE organised events like our series of Mood Walks, helping out at local bucket collections, encouraging others to join in and helping to grow the group by recruiting new members.
