Time to Talk Day
Thursday 1 February 2018 is Time to Talk Day. Organised by Time to Change, the day aims to get everyone talking about mental health.

AWARE offer support groups for people with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder and their family/friends, which offers people the chance to get together and discuss their experiences and support each other to move forward.
