Malin to Mizen Information Video

Why not join us and cycle the length of Ireland from Malin Head to Mizen Head and help us to educate and provide support on the illness of depression. The cycling challenge starts in the most northerly point of Ireland (Malin Head) and finishes in the most southerly point (Mizen Head). The total distance is 416 miles and involves 6 and a half days of cycling ranging from 32 – 87 miles per day.

AWARE is the depression charity for Northern Ireland and the only charity working exclusively for those with depression and bipolar disorder.
