8 Week Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Primary Teachers & Classroom Assistants

Mondays 21st September - 16th November AND Mindfulness Retreat Sunday 8th November

This free eight week programme is an introduction to mindfulness - based cognitive therapy (MBCT) to build a supportive meditation practice - for personal life and the classroom.

Learn:

Simple mindfulness tools and exercises;
Techniques to reduce stress and build emotional resilience;
Meditation practice for your personal life & the classroom.

Dates: Every Monday beginning 21st September until Monday 16th November, 4.30pm - 6.30pm

AND a Mindfulness Retreat Sunday 8th November, 10am - 3pm

6 Week Mindfulness Course for Parents

Thursdays 1st October to 12th November (no session 29th October)

This free six week mindfulness programme will introduce you to mindfulness as a concept, and give you actionable ways that you can use as a parent.

Learn:

Techniques to reduce stress and build emotional resilience;
Simple mindfulness tools and exercises;
How to nurture a calmer home.

Dates: Every Thursday beginning 1st October until 12th November (no session 29th October)
