The Belfast office of leading provider of digital services and platforms, Kainos, has adopted AWARE – the depression charity for Northern Ireland, as their new corporate charity partner for the next two years.

Over the past year we have launched a dedicated Wellbeing Plan, including fully-trained mental health first aiders, bitesize wellbeing training programmes and a wellbeing app which includes guided meditations and mindfulness exercises.
